    How can I return my order?
    We strive to make the returns process as easy as possible! Just follow these three simple steps:
    Send a photo/video of the product you have purchased to info@milovani.com
    Our team will review the matter and once this is confirmed, we will send you a return confirmation with the return address.
    Once you have sent us the return details, even if the item is still in transit, we will refund the amount to your account within 2-3 days!


    Do I have to pay for the return?
    Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of returns. We only accept returns with a tracking option as this allows us to confirm whether a parcel is on its way or not. Please note that we are not responsible for lost returns.

    What happens if my order is not accepted?
    We will refund you the purchase price as soon as the tracking shows that your order is on its way to our warehouse or "back to sender". The amount to be refunded does not include shipping costs.

    What happens if I cancel my order?
    Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it as it is already on its way to you.

    If your order is still being packed and has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order and refund you the full amount, which you will receive within just 2 to 3 days. However, if you contact your bank or PayPal for a refund, this can vary and can take up to 6-8 weeks!

    Where is my order located?
    Once we have confirmed your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number and it always takes at least 7-10 days depending on where you are located.

    What happens if my order is rejected?
    If for any reason you do not wish to accept your order at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us.

    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will make two further attempts to deliver the package to you.
